He is survived by: his pet Dude; his daughter Mitzi Cunningham Elliott (Randall); his grandchildren, Marla Rutherford, Chris Felts (KaChera), Kirsten Cunningham, Megan Cunningham and Jakob Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Rutherford, Clint Rutherford, Cole Felts and Cloe Felts.
