He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Creighton and Doris Shoaf Creighton; his son Jonathan Creighton; and his siblings, JoAnne Wray and Milan "Champ" Creighton.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Creighton. He is also survived by Four sons, three daughters, one step-son, 2 step-daughters, along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
Warren's other ministry activities included Founding Chairman of Hope Now International, Ministry to Men Foundation, and Associata Cornerstone.
