She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemro Hartwick and Mable Hartwick; her husband Jim Sackett; her brother Sonny Hartwick; her daughter Cheryl Evans; and her grandson Jesse Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Blevins (Joe) and Donald Sackett; her siblings, Tootie King, Evelyn Pitloun and Homer Hartwick; her grandchildren, Desarae (Jimmy), Megan (Lance), Alexis (Tanner), Hayleigh, Christina and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Thea, Rhenn and Asher.
