He is survived by: his parents, Charles Sr. Sloat and Ellen Sloat (Simer); his daughter Ashley Williams (Max) of Searcy, Arkansas; his grandson Chaise Andrix Sloat of Centralia, Illinois; his stepdaughter Andrea Wolenhaupt of Centralia, Illinois; his granddaughter Jessica; his sister Theresa Martin (Harold) of El Paso, Arkansas; and his nieces, Erin Terrell, Jaime Martin and Courtney Sloat Mitchell.
