He is survived by: his wife Marcia "Mimi" Neal; his children, McKenzie Neal, Callie Neal and Madison Neal; his grandchildren, Paige Neal and Blake McPherson; his brothers, Buddy Neal and Mike Neal; and his cousin Jo Dorchurs.
