He is survived by: his father Thomas Clifton Mullins Sr.; his wife Erica Mullins; his children, Dillon Mullins, Hayden Mullins and Logan Mullins; his siblings, Travis Mullins (Trisha), Misty Coiner (David), Shannon Burr (Allen) and Kameo Whited; and his aunt Lois Paulette Foster.
