She is survived by: her sons, David Christopher Forthman (Tonya Reene Forthman) and Joseph Michael Forthman (Kristi Fortham); her grandchildren, Alec Bordlion, Blake Forthman, Dylan Forthman, Kaylee Marie Forthman, Skylar Forthman and Bria Forthman; her great grandchildren, Jase Bordlion, Jenson Bordlion and Jaxxson Bordlion; her friend Jessica Stotts; and also, River and Kimbry.
