He was predeceased by: his father Earl Leroy Shain. He is survived by: his mother Ada Young Shain; his wife Beth Shain; his stepchildren, Tyler Renfro, Meghann Holmes and Bailey Greene; his brother Rick Shain; his nephews, Ian and Tyler Shain; and his niece Savanna Renollet. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren.
