She is survived by: her husband Kerry Smith; her children, Amanda Lee (Brandon), Amber Padgett, Timothy Padgett, Heather Holland (Heath), Hannah Morris (Cody), Benjamin Padgett (Natalie) and Kristie Padgett; her parent Christine Burton; and her siblings, Paul Harmon (Leigh Lynn), Linda Johnson and Dianna Harmon. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
