He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Curtis and Ruella Curtis (Brown); and his wife Pamela Curtis. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Lykens (Chris); his grandchildren, Tommy Guthrie, Jr., Bailey Lykens (Garren Dickens), Emma Lykens and Isabelle Reaves (Tyler); his stepson Blake Henderson; his son Ryan (TC); his stepson Matt Henderson; his stepgrandchildren, Dane and Drew; his siblings, Carol Brewer (Lynn), Tom Curtis, Todd Curtis and James Curtis; and his niece Kerrie Hofstad (Buddy).
