She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Langston and Mattie Langston; her siblings, Calvin, John Henry Langston and Katherine Miller; her children, James Langston and Ruth Burleson; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Moore and Hiccup Lee Moore.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruby McDougle, Betty Langston and Eugene Langston; and her children, Sandy Scruggs (Johnny), Jerrell Slack, Jr. (Heidi), Jimmy Slack (Angie), Jasper Slack, Jonathan Slack, Scotty Slack (Kathy), Joshua Slack (Amber) and Brian Slack. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
