With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sammie Lane Feagin of Searcy, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred "Frank" Taylor and Minnie Maud Gillham Taylor; her husband Eugene "Sonny" Feagin; and her siblings, Bob Taylor, Berlia Parker French and Vesta Lynn Taylor Mayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Ashby (Rich) and Callie Dunavin; her grandchildren, Mandi Pena (Jesus), Chris Brown (Andrea), Marci Boroz (Joey), P. J. Brown (Shanna), Tina Hackworth (Aaron), Casey Ashby (Michael), Kimberly Vargo (John) and Jodie Dunavin (Michael); her sister-in-law Glenda Howard; her nephews, Bill Taylor, Bobby Taylor and David Taylor; her niece Jamie Taylor Williams; and also, Frances, David Dow, Brenda, David Ellison and Bill Gaines.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Judsonia Church of Christ (392 Jackson St, Judsonia, AR 72081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
