She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Winningham (John), Sandra Wells (Clay), Cindy Beemer (Rick) and Tammy Dunn; her grandchildren, Josh Winningham (Sara), Sarah Wortham (Rusty), Katie Jackson, Cory Beemer and Mary Beemer; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hollis, Rhett and Luke; and her brother Jim Roush. She is also survived by her family and friends.
