He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Goforth; and his siblings, Johnny Goforth, James Drury, Richard Goforth, Billy Goforth and Becky Mounsey.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Johnson, Lisa Lowman and Nicole Leavy; his brother JD Parker; his friends, Shelby King, Kim "Snapper" Evans (Isaac) and James Northweather (Terri); and his close friends, Nickie and Bruiser. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
