He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Duncan; his sister Barbara Duncan Wilson (Jim); his sister-in-law Marla Duncan; his children, Will Duncan (Cindy) and Lana Duncan Clark; his stepdaughter Valerie Smith Canepa; his granddaughter Libby Clark; his great grandchild Presley Clark; his grandsons, Michael Duncan and Andrew Duncan; his nieces, Shay Wilson Raycher and Nicole Wilson Slough (T. J.); and his caregivers, Phyllis Kurck, Nanci Morrison, April Kurck and Faye Johnson.
