He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Homan and Russell T Homan Sr.; and his brother Russ. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Homan; his children, Candyce (Anne) of Mellysa, KC and Rick (Marnia); his grandchildren, Peter (Breanna), Andrew, Emma, Shane, Amanda, Charlie, Jason, Audrey and Josh; his great grandchild Allie; his sister Eileen Greco; and his nephew Mark.
