She was predeceased by: her husband Charles McDaniel; her siblings, C. L., Colleen Bray, Betty Bray Larkey and Marvin Bray; and her son Norman Lee Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Mathis (Donna) of Colorado Springs, Douglas Mathis (Ann) of Colorado Springs, Richard McDaniel (Angela) of Granite City, Illinois, GiGi Mathis Bettendorf (Steve) of Bennington, Cindy McDaniel Mefford (Rusty) of Hollister, Lori McDaniel Nichols (John) of Granite City, Ethyl Mathis Lyons (Jim) of Cheyenne, Johanna Mathis Reed of Searcy and Angel McDaniel of Searcy; and her grandchildren, Patricia, April, John, Steven, Madison, Jessie, Shelby, Joey, Michael, Mira, Rachel, Jessica, Joshua "Trooper", Mandy, Bobby, Corey, Whitney, Nicki, Cana, Bethany, Caleb, Isabella and Lennon. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
