She is survived by: her husband Tom Howard of Searcy, AR; her daughter Cindy Gurchiek (Jim) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Erin Clark (Brady), Austin Gurchiek (Kaitlyn) and Ann-Marie Sullivan (Billy); her daughter Christy Perry (Keith) of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Clarie Perry and Thomas Perry; her daughter Beth Collins (David) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Charlie Collins (Emily) and Maggie Collins; her brother Frank Rogers (Judi) of Rockford, IL; her mother-in-law Mable Carpenter of Searcy; and her great grandchild Sammy Clark.
