She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Willis and Daisy Pearl Griffin Bice; her husband Dan Leon Smith; and her granddaughter Amelia Mayhall Hiltz. She is survived by: her siblings, Lenora Pyles, Dorothy Hartley, Mary Ellen Harris, Joann Toothman, Betty Burnett, Thelma Enoch, Lawrence Bice, Everett Bice and Raymond Bice; and her children, Danna Mayhall (Brian), Steven Smith (Vicky), David Smith (Jodie) and Jeffrey Smith (Bridget). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
