She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Maddox and Addie Maddox; her husband John Robert; her brother John E. Maddox; and her grandson Robert Blake Fomby.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth J. May of Rose Bud and Nancy Fomby (Tom) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Jordan A. May (Kerri) of Searcy and Elizabeth Fomby Hall (Brian) of El Paso; and her great grandchildren, Maggie, Aaron May, Caleb, Joshua and Daniel Hall.
