She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Samuelson and Leslie Samuelson; her husband William F. Kelly; her siblings, Alvin, Melvyn, Norman Samuelson and Sylvia Tramel; her siblings-in-law, Lee Tramel, Ben Gainey and Virginia Samuelson; and her son-in-law Richard Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Mike Wise), Belinda Burns and William Kelly (Lisa); her siblings, David (Becky Samuelson), Myrtle Gainey and Rosemary Samuelson; her sister-in-law Evelyn Samuelson; her grandchild Ragan Burns (Shanna); her great grandchildren, Asher and Chad Burns (Heather); and also, Hunter, Carter, Jared Burns (Allie), Mallory Meier (David), Caleb, Noah, Hannah, Gracie Pratt (Jordan), Bear, Abigail Wise, Evie Wise and Jack Henry Wise. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
