He is survived by: his wife Margaret Imogene Baxter; his children, Steve Tidwell, Charles Wilson, Brenda Winters and Taryn Siks; his grandchildren, Tammy, Terry, Jenny, Debra, Janet, Rickey, Macy, Carlie, Charlie Jr., Miley, Mitchel, Shelly and Kim; and his brother John Baxter (Janice). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
