He is survived by: his parents, Malcolm "Buddy" Milligan and Anne Darby Milligan Kocinski; his children, Katie Milligan, Reed Milligan, Marshall Milligan and James Wade; his siblings, Shawn Bass (Leigh), Maggie Milligan (Jeff Brooks) and Sarah Milligan; his family, Jim Tarkington (Kim), Jeff Tarkington and Terri Milligan; his great-niece Thea Milligan; and his caregiver Dawn Coffman. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
