He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbe Wortham and Nettie Peters Wortham; and his siblings, Doyle, Rodger Wortham, Fayrene Allen and Judy McNeal.
He is survived by: his children, Jowanda Wortham Holden (Steven) of Searcy, Jackie Wortham Murray (Tony) of Searcy, Janet Wortham Duchamp (Don) of Searcy and Jeffrey Lee Wortham of Searcy; and his siblings, Achel Wortham of Judsonia, Dale Wortham (Ann) of Searcy, Danny Jewel Wortham (Carolyn) of Pangburn, Curtis Lee Wortham (Cindy) of Hot Springs, Pat Williams of Quitman, Dolly Dimple Powell of Greenbriar and Irene Terry (James) of Searcy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
