He is survived by: his wife Dianna Williams; his children, Colton Williams of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Haylee Williams of Austin, Courtney Fowler (Dustan) of Beebe, Arkansas and Caitlin Kimbrell (Josh) of Beebe, Arkansas; his siblings, Dennis Williams of Letona, Timothy Williams (Barbara) of Mt. View, Kelly Gene Whittaker (Pam) of Kensett, Arkansas, Tracy Williams of Searcy, Renee Clock (Dan) of Huntersville and Shelia Vest of Des Arc, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Connor Williams, Cassi Janell Williams, Elaina-Kaye Ann Williams, Raelin Pearl Williams, Anlea Rose Fowler, Sadie Belle Fowler, Luca Monroe Fowler, Kaila Kimbrell and Tyler Kimbrell; and his brother-in-law Bud Sellers.
