He was predeceased by: his parent Onus Leon Smith; and his wife Gigi Devore Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jason Smith, Jessica Thierjung, Jacob Smith (Ashley) and Briar Barbee; his grandson Jaxson; and his brothers, Russell Smith (Janice), Jeffrey Smith (Laurel) and Tommy Smith. He is also survived by many extended family and many friends.
