He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Harris Williams; his stepfather N. C. Williams; and his sister Rita Williams Kane. He is survived by: his children, Robert Earl Langston, Susan Langston Pelz and Brooke Langston Mitchell; and also, Mitchell Langston, Wayne Langston and Lynda Langston Hall.
