She is survived by: her husband Okey Castle of Searcy; her siblings, Brenda May (Gary) of Louisiana and George McKay Jr. of Texas; her children, Jeff Tinsley (Dorothy) of Searcy, Okey Castle II (Ashley) of Colorado, Dee Dee Tinsley Barrett (Rob) of Florida and Lisa Tinsley Ponson (Daryl) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Ricky Barrett (Karli) of Florida, Nick Barrett (Vivian) of Missouri, Brenden Tinsley of Searcy and Elle Ponson of Searcy; and her great grandchildren, Robby, James and Mariah Barrett of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family request that you make donations to Arkansas Children's Hospital or The Sunshine School.
