She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Walters and Vernon Walters; her husband Ray D. Polk; her daughter Rojeana Polk; and her sisters, Euphemia Atkinson and Eva Jean Daniels.
She is survived by: her son Andy R. Polk (Charlene); her granddaughter Ashley Garris (Billy); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Polk and Paisley Garris of Alma.
