He is survived by: his parents, George Panek and Wilma Panek (Williams) of Searcy; and his siblings, Guy Panek of California, Debbie Campbell of Searcy and Karen McDonald of Beebe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
