He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Ellen Greene; his grandparents, Orville, Julia Faye Nichols, Charles and Mary Jane Greene; and his stepbrother Andrew Foster.
He is survived by: his father Randy Nichols (Nanette); his brothers, Keith and Kenny (Ladonna); and his stepsister Shannon Holeyfield (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
