He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Barker Rowe; his father Ralph Edward Rowe; and his grandson Boston Rowe. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Noble Rowe; his children, Steven Rowe (Katie), Jamie Rowe (Ashley), Brandon Wilson (Danielle), Kenneth "KJ" Rowe, Jr. (Haley), Natasha Dennis (Matthew), Kimberly Noles (Chris) and Diana Snelson (Brandon); and his siblings, James Harold Noble, Kady Burkett (Chris) and Phyllis Ann (Alford "Bud"). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family and many friends.
According to the current COVID19 Guidelines, masks must be worn at all times.
