He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Opal Davis Levey; his siblings, Edwin Glenn Levey of Dothan, Alabama and Elizabeth Nell Russell (David) of Phoenix, Arizona; his children, Pamela Sue Wilson (Ray) of Little Rock, John David Levey (Tammy) of Heber and Kelly Renee McClung (Chris) of Heber; his stepdaughters, Sheila Watson (David) of Searcy and Sherry Snow (Brooks) of Searcy; his son Chris Brown (Amy) of Pangburn; and his grandchildren, Nick Wilson (Julia), Kayla Pipkins (Jonathan), Alona Hastings, Emma Ozenghar, Chloe Ozenghar, Katie McClung and Cappie McClung.
