He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Billings and Billie Jo Billings; and his brother Scott Billings. He is survived by: his wife Johnna Billings; his children, Heather (Brandon Douglas), Hollie (Flynn Hopkins) and Jarrod Billings of Pangburn; his grandchildren, Abbie Douglas, Chase Hopkins and Macie Hopkins; and his great grandchild Hartley Hopkins.
