He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mae Pate Rice; his sisters, Nancy Werner and Pam Matusik; his sons, Kevin Burow and Keith Burow (Kim); his sister-in-law Shirley Burow; his granddaughter Kloie; and his stepchildren, Donna Boone, Dewayne Skinner, Angie West and Jeremiah Rice. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
