She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schwartz and Mildred Schwartz (Steinly); her former husband Cecil Rash; her son Mark Alan Rash; her great grandchild Valerie Michna; and her brothers, Larry Schwartz, Gus Schwartz, Marvin Schwartz and Lester Schwartz.
She is survived by: her husband Dave Billsland; her children, Tim Rash (Karen), Roddy Rash (Denise), Kevin Rash (Terah), Jeff Rash (Dana) and Rhonda Parker Cheryl (Ron); her daughter-in-law Rhonda Hunter-Rash; her brother Melvin Schwartz; and her grandsons, Jeremy Rash, Rusty Parker, Craig Robinson, James Ward, Josh Rash and Kyle Rash. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
