She is survived by: her children, Larry Lewis (Debbie) and Jeanne Dale (David); her grandchildren, Carla Lewis, Brad Lewis (Hannah), Kevin Lewis (Jessica), Amy Stewart (Gregory), Forrest Dale and Jenna Harland (Clayton); and her siblings, Emo Whitmire, Jimmy (Almeda) and Ray Vandiver (Judy).
