He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Donnell and Taylor Lewis; his siblings, Olivia Donnell, William Harvey and Caleb Lewis; his stepsister Amber Lewis; and his grandparents, Bernie and Beverly Donnell. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
