He is survived by: his wife Sandy Scruggs; his children, Marie Schmall (Ricky), Jamie Moore (Nathan), Dale Smith, Dexter Scruggs, Trina Scruggs, Monica Scruggs, Johnny Roy Scruggs, Shawn Scruggs and Renae Scruggs; and his siblings, David Scruggs, Luther Scruggs, Karey Scruggs, William Scruggs, Shirley Scruggs, Bobbie Scruggs, Helen Jean Scruggs and Asalina Scruggs. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (111 Wilbur D Mills Ave, Kensett, AR 72082). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
