Howell, III of Chico, California; his stepdaughter Sharon Pitt (Paul) of Searcy; his sister Joann McNicholas of Palos Heights, Illinois.; and his son Steven Howell. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
