He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Q. Ratton and Eva Long Ratton; and his siblings, Linda Dorle, Edward Ratton, Rickey Ratton, Carl Ratton and Mack Ratton.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Hayes (Josh) of Wilburn and John P. Ratton, Jr. (Lindsey) of Quitman; his siblings, Alice Vandike of Clearmont, Raymond Ratton of Wilburn, Hershal Ratton of Hot Springs, Billy Ratton of Forrest City and Larry Ratton of Stuttgart; and his grandchildren, Asher Hayes and Andy Hayes. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
