He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Usery; his daughter Jennifer Hohenstein; his grandsons, Colt Hohenstein (Megan) and Brock Hohenstein; his siblings, Mike Usery, Mary June Galloway and Marsha Davis (Guy); and his grandchildren, Paislee and Cache Hohenstein. He is also survived by granddaughter in law and two great grandchildren.
