He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edward Barnes and Burla Clara Porter Barnes; and his brothers, Ollis Edward Barnes and Billy Wade Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Yvonne Green Barnes of Searcy, AR; his sister Clara Haskill of College Station; his sister-in-law Edith Barnes of Searcy; his children, Roy Arthur Barnes (Barbara) of Searcy, Dr. Jerome Randall Barnes (Stacy) and Jennifer Barnes Moffett (Jeff) of Ocean Springs; and his grandchildren, Kristin Nicole Edwards (Brandon), Kristopher James Barnes (Abby), Hudson Warren Barnes (Abby), Easton Randall Barnes, Greyson Ryne Barnes, Ella Frances Moffett and Noah Edgar Moffett.
