He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Hunter-Spradlin of Searcy; his children, Teressa Spradlin, Billy Jack Spradlin and Jeff David Spradlin Jr.; and his sisters, Rose Marie Spradlin and Mabel Lucille Spradlin. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
