She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnes B. Millikin and Ruby Lee Millikin (Little); her sons, James Anthony "Spanky" Davis and Keith Alan Davis; and her grandson Shawn Uptain.
She is survived by: her husband Wendell "Buddy" Phillips of Searcy; her son Rick Davis (Rhoda) of Jacksonville; her daughter-in-law Sharon Davis of Jacksonville; her stepdaughter Karen Roe (Kirby) of Jonesboro; and her sisters, Janice Barron (Don) of Bradford and Carolyn Helms (Donley) of Bradford.
