He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Kuhn and Eloise Kuhn; his wife Linda Sue Kuhn; and his sister Patricia Ann Kuhn. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elmer Smith (Paula) of Earle, Arkansas, Joann Bradshaw (Jason) of Forrest City and Wanda Coley (Clyde) of Wynne; his grandchildren, Kelsey Bradshaw, Brittany Bradshaw, Dustin Foltz, Michael Coley, Nicole Lappin, Brittany Bevel, Trey Smith, Dalton Smith and Kayla Lucas; and his siblings, Martin Kuhn of Ohio, Helen Faye Odom (Wallace) of Searcy and Linda Kay Davis of Searcy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
