He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daniel Washington, Jr., Porter Washington and Mary Louise Clay. He is survived by: his wife Noralene Washington of Searcy; his children, Lydia Bacus, Mary Catherine Yaya (Thozamile) of Searcy and James R. Chatman of Searcy; and his siblings, Katherine Brunson of Conway, Dorothy Jean King (Priest) of Toledo, Ohio, Douglas A. Washington, Sr. of Searcy and Timothy Washington (Patsy) of Toledo.
