He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elbert and Susie Pauline Williams Kitts; and his siblings, Arlie Kitts and Mary Haney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Snelson Kitts; his daughters, Monica Mauney (Erik) of Ashland, MO and Laura Davis (Matt) of Maumelle, AR; and his grandchildren, Karsen Mauney, Kameron Davis, Evan Mauney, Carter Davis and Alice Mauney. He is also survived by 7 siblings, nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at the Honey Hill Cemetery Honey Hill and Country Club.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Temple Baptist Church, Arkansas Hospice or Friends for, Life - all of Searcy.
