He is survived by: his parents, Jack Cartland and Marjorie Cartland; his wife Sandra Gail Spann Cartland; his siblings, Jackie Poteet and Joe Cartland; his children, Victoria Cartland Bell (James) and Zeke; and his stepchildren, Chuck, Lori, Amanda and Lisa Hall. He is also survived by many friends and family.
