He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Baker, Sr. and Clara Marsh Baker; and his siblings, Elmer Baker, Lola Vernon, Genevie Baker, Mozelle Marsh and Bobbie Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Charlsie; his sons, Jimmy Baker (Carlin), David Baker and Ronn Baker (Stephany) of Pangburn; his sister Patsy Baker of Pangburn; his nephew Jerry Vernon (Linda); and his nieces, Carol Jones (Don) of Pangburn and Darliss Treat (Cleve) of Pangburn.
